Frequently asked questions

adserve Studio is provided as a SaaS application on a monthly or annual subscription. We support public-cloud, private-cloud or hybrid. Whilst most smaller media groups will consume the service as a fully hosted solution, for larger media groups the software can be pushed to their own AWS environment and run completely behind their firewall.

adserve Studio has been architected to provide similar levels of performance and response to media groups with 1 to 1,000 station plans. There are no scalability constraints in respect of number of stations, users, or teams.

Our integration with digital ad servers does not require audience measurement and instead relies upon these third-party ad servers for availability. For linear radio, we take audience data from RAJAR in the UK, JNLR in Ireland and RADAR in the USA. Integration with other regions’ audience measurement systems is usually straightforward, and our method of abstracting audience definitions enables such integration to be achieved quickly and cost-effectively.

We’re aiming to be the best-in-class, AI-first and AI-native omnichannel campaign management and planning service in the industry. While there will be others, our deep expertise in the very complex world of linear radio provides a great basis on which to expand as the needs of our clients expand.

adserve Studio is priced on the basis of the number of stations in your media group, and the size of these stations in terms of weekly reach. There are no user charges, and access to our media-focused CRM is built into the price.

Other charges include:

  • The degree of AI tokens needed to perform specific tasks.
  • Connectors to third-party ad servers.
  • AI copy generation for the creation of the audio ads.
